All rentals are month-to-month, so you can keep your unit for as long or as short as you need.

Do I need to visit the office to move in?

No, you do not need to visit the office.

You can complete your rental online and go straight to your unit for a fast, contactless move-in.

Can I drive up directly up to my storage unit?

Yes, we offer drive-up storage units that allow you to park your vehicle directly next to your unit door. Drive-up access makes loading and unloading furniture, boxes, tools, and business inventory faster and more convenient.

What are your access hours?

Our storage locations are open 365 days a year, but the access hours vary by location. The access hours for your storage location can be found on the location's homepage under the 'Find Storage' section.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

No, you do not need to bring your own lock.

All units are equipped with a high collar lock, and you’ll receive your access code by text at the time of rental. If you forget your code, you can retrieve it by scanning or texting the number on the lock.

Can I switch to a different storage unit size later?

Yes, you can switch to a different unit size at any time if one is available.

Our on-site team can help coordinate the transfer so the process is simple.

Yes, insurance is required to help protect your belongings. You can purchase low-cost coverage through us or show proof of your own renters or homeowners insurance at move-in (excludes RV/Boat/Vehicle Insurance).

How do I prepare a car, RV, or boat for storage?

Before storing a vehicle, remove perishable items, disconnect or turn off electronics, and clean the interior and exterior. For long-term vehicle storage, it’s also recommended to check tire pressure, fluids, and battery condition.

For RV and boat storage, empty water tanks, bait wells, and refrigerators to help prevent odors or damage.

At locations that offer RV parking, you’ll have a designated space inside a gated facility and can access your vehicle during gate hours.

You can store most vehicles, including cars, RVs, boats, and trailers. All vehicles must be road-worth to be stored at our facility.

How should I prepare my vehicle before putting it into storage?

For longer-term storage, it’s also a good idea to check fluids, inflate tires, and make sure the battery is in good condition so the vehicle is ready when you need it again .

You’ll need a current registration and proof of insurance for your vehicle.

Do I need climate-controlled storage?

Climate-controlled storage is recommended for items that can be damaged by extreme heat, cold, or changing temperatures. Electronics, wooden furniture, mattresses, documents, artwork, clothing, and other household items often store better in a more stable environment.

Can items be damaged in a regular storage unit?

Certain items can be affected by extreme temperatures or changing conditions over time. Electronics, wood furniture, plastics, documents, and fabrics may experience cracking, warping, discoloration, or other damage if stored in harsh conditions for extended periods.

Rules & Limitations

What cannot be stored in a storage unit?

Storage units cannot be used to store hazardous, flammable, explosive, toxic, or perishable items. This includes gasoline, propane tanks, chemicals, fireworks, food, and other materials that could create safety risks.
