When can I access my belongings at the facility?
We are open seven days a week. Monday – Friday, we are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturday/Sunday we are open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
What type of security to you offer?
We are pleased to offer NOKE Smart locks, the most secure locks in the storage industry. No more keys - access your unit from the convenience of your cell phone! Our night vision equipped cameras are 24/7, offering HD video quality and clear, unobstructed views of all aisles. Our manager lives on site as well.
What kind of documentation do I need to rent a storage unit?
We require a valid postal address, along with 1 form of unexpired photo ID from the following: Driver’s License, state photo ID card, or Passport.
What are the payment terms?
All our units are leased on a month-to-month basis.
Do I need insurance on my belongings?
Yes, we require all tenants to have insurance for their storage unit while renting with House Storage Plus. If you already have insurance, we require a copy of the declaration page at the time of rental. If you do not have insurance, we have many affordable options available.
How do I make a payment?
We have a variety of options. You may make a payment online, in person, or via mail with either a money order or check. We encourage customers to enroll in our autopay option for timely payments.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit/debit cards.
Is my initial monthly storage unit rent guaranteed for as long as I rent my storage unit?
We work hard to provide a value to our customers through competitive pricing and by maintaining clean, safe, and secure facilities with the best customer service in the industry. Please keep in mind that your original monthly rate is not guaranteed for the life of your rental. From time to time, we find it necessary to adjust our customers’ rental rates to keep up with the rising costs associated with providing top-notch service and a clean, secure facility.
Do you offer RV/Boat/Auto/Motorcycle parking?
Currently, we do not offer storage for vehicles.
Can I change my storage unit to a different size after I have already moved in?
If you need a bigger or smaller unit and we have one available, we can transfer you. Your facility manager will be able to help you.
